These Purple & Green Zoanthids offer a bold combination of rich magenta-purple faces, contrasting fluorescent yellow-green centres and darker skirts picked out with green highlights. The large, open polyps give the colony a full appearance and allow the colour pattern to be appreciated even from a distance.
Under blue reef lighting, the centres and green detailing become particularly vibrant against the deep purple background. As the polyps multiply, they can develop into an impressive tightly packed colony that's ideal for filling out a zoa garden or adding colour to mixed reef rockwork.

These Zoanthids should settle well in a range of positions, provided they aren't exposed to excessive direct flow. Once established, expect the colony to gradually spread onto the surrounding rockwork.
Feeding: Direct feeding isn't required. Zoanthids obtain much of their energy through photosynthesis while also benefiting from nutrients and very fine suspended foods within the water column.
Handling: Zoanthids may contain palytoxin. Wear gloves and eye protection when handling or fragging, avoid contact with broken skin, eyes or mouth, and wash your hands thoroughly afterwards
